Scott was fantastic to work with.  His knowledge and craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations.  Scott always listened to our ideas and went out of his way to make sure that we got what we wanted out of the renovation.  He gave us his advice when we asked for it but always asked us what we wanted.  This is not always the case with other contractors.  We wanted to work within a certain budget and Scott helped us to stay true to that; there were never any hidden surprises.  Scott was always accountable and got back to us when we called or texted with questions.  He and his crew were trustworthy.  We completed our renovation just a month after our third child was born and we always felt comfortable with all of the guys who were in our house.  Scott and everyone who works for him were polite and respectful. We could not be happier with our renovation and know that we chose the right man for the job.  Without a doubt, we will use S.T. Building and Contracting for all of our future projects.
